Dear Friends of the GT Stallions and Blenheim AA,
Thank you for taking the time to read this letter. The GT Stallions Youth Football Program is a community based cheer and football program, and although we focus on football/cheer our ultimate objectives go beyond sports. We try to teach these athletes pride, discipline, teamwork and good citizenship. We do all this while keeping our registration fees as low as possible. The registration fees for the 2021 season is $225.00, while others exceed $400. The $225.00 registration fee doesn’t even cover the cost for one game of officials. In addition to this there is the cost of insurance, uniforms, team banquet, trophies, equipment, tournament fees, team travel and more. All this can not be achieved without the support of the Blenheim Athletic Association who opened their doors to us 47 years ago and provided us with a truly one of a kind home field facilities.
As or teams embark on their 2021 seasons, we are appealing to the generosity of sponsors and donors such as you to make this program accessible to all of us. You can be assured that every dollar that you contribute to the program goes directly to the athletes because we are run entirely by volunteers. On Fri Oct 29, 2021 we will be hosting our 5th Annual Golf Tournament at ValleyBrook Country Club in aid of both programs. In addition to our football program, proceeds from this golf tournament will be used to help fund building repairs.
